Colonel John W. Berkley is currently F-35 Product Development Manager, Autonomic Logistics. He has been with Northrop Grumman, Air Combat Systems, El Segundo, California, for 22 years. A large portion of his career at Northrop Grumman has been spent on Advanced Development activities such as the B-2 and F/A-18 Programs.

Colonel Berkley has spent 29 years in the Marine Corps Reserve Program. He is currently assigned as the IMA DET OIC at MCBWA, MCAS Miramar. Previously he was Commanding Officer of MALS-46, an F/A-18 Maintenance/Logistics Squadron in the 4th Marine Aircraft Wing. At various times in his career he has been assigned as a Fixed Wing Maintenance Officer (A-4, F-4 and F/A-18).

Colonel Berkley is a 1976 graduate of the USNA. He resides in Fullerton, California with his wife and two daughters.
